I ordered a series of four Richard Schmidt Art Lesson videos. After 3-4 months, I was shipped two of the four videos (November and May) and two other videos: "Proficient Flying" and "Theatrical Makeup Design" instead of the "June" and "White Pine" Schmidt videos.

And, there seems to be no way to contact them. The email address on their insert is not found by Firefox. And no phone number. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Besides being way overpriced, they send substitute videos, not what was ordered and give you no way to get a replacement or satisfaction. This is one of the worst scams I've fallen for.

Avoid at all costs.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to issue a partial refund as the author lost $46. jross2015 is overall dissatisfied with SmartFlix and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about richard schmid paints the landscape video lessons at SmartFlix was total lack of customer service, being charge befor shipment and no response to email Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
